Daniel Shin, MD is the founder and managing partner of Cereus Real Estate.

Daniel is also a urologic surgeon based in Memphis, TN. After starting his career in urology, he began writing about his path to financial independence at The Darwinian Doctor. On the blog, he documented the process of building a personal multifamily real estate portfolio across five states valued at more than $9 million.

As his portfolio grew, Daniel saw the potential for multifamily real estate to provide cash flow, long-term wealth growth, and community improvement when investments are selected and operated well.
